Sunday Adult Formation

Sunday Forums

Every Sunday from 9:00-9:45 am

One or more topics for your consideration including both lecture and discussion formats.  Forums run the gamut of topics from things Biblical, liturgical, historical, and spiritual or focused on the broader cultural milieu:  parish-wide, local, regional, national and global.  Facilitated by a wide variety of presenters, each session can “stand alone” even when it is part of a longer series- but you’ll want to join the fun as often as you can.

Upcoming topics include “Season of Service” with Kevin Palau, Intro to Choral Evensong, Stewardship updates, Report from our Honduras Team, Courage and Formation, Sabbatical Report from Canon Marianne Borg, 12 Step Christianity, and a consideration of the core monthly stories which will guide our intergenerational faith formation.

Sunday Contemplative Practice Group

9 a.m. Chapel

An ongoing contemplative community meets in the Chapel for meditative consideration of readings from the Sunday lectionary.  Newcomers always welcome to this opportunity for reflection and centering.
