| The
Trinity Consort at Trinity Episcopal Cathedral provides the
Portland community with unparalleled performances of 17th and
18th century sacred choral music and serves the community as
a musical, cultural and spiritual resource. |

| The
Consort features the critically acclaimed Trinity Choir,
the Cathedral Chamber Singers, an orchestra
comprised of the finest period instrument specialists in the
world, and vocal soloists of international reputation, all under
the direction of Eric Milnes and Canon John Strege. |

| The
Cathedral Chamber Singers, a professional ensemble
of vocalists, is heard frequently during the liturgical year
at Trinity Cathedral singing monthly Vespers and, in addition
to the Trinity Choir, performing as the chorus of the Trinity
Consort. The members, some of the finest singers in the Portland
area, are drawn from a number of college, university and church
choirs. |
