Food Ministries

Trinity's Food Ministries have served the community since 1991

  • 46,800 meals served at Transition Projects by Trinity volunteers
  • 5000 individuals served at annual Community Dinners
  • 36,000 Sisters of the Road Meal Coupons distributed
  • 15,000 Emergency Food Bags handed out from Trinity Food Pantry
  • 300 Meals served at Our House of Portland AIDS hospice

Trinity Community Pantry
The Food Pantry provides emergency food and Sisters of the Road meal coupons to the homeless and poor.
The Trinity Community Pantry is open from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm Monday through Friday and 9:30 am to 11:30 am on Saturdays.

Sisters of the Road Meal Coupons
Trinity parishioners purchase meal coupons that can be exchanged at a local café, Sisters of the Road, and are distributed to the homeless and poor.

Transition Projects Inc. Meals

A Trinity team prepares and serves a meal once a month to the Rodney Glisan Men's Shelter and to Jean's Place, a shelter for women.

Community Holiday Dinners
Every Thanksgiving and Easter, Trinity hosts a community dinner to several hundred people from the community.

HIV/AIDS Hospices
Meals are prepared and served at Our House of Portland, local AIDS hospices for people in the final stages of AIDS.
