Since 1991, Trinity's Outreach volenteers have touched the community:
- 40 Children read to in SMART Program by Trinity volunteers
- 5000 hours of Alzheimer Respite Day Care for Trinity Place
Adopt-a-High-Rise
Trinity has adopted a low-income apartment building in our neighborhood,
offering a variety of recreational and social activities for residents.
Sponsor a Transitional Apartment
Parishioners furnish and decorate an apartment for a family in transition
from homelessness to their own place.
Goose Hollow Family Shelter
Volunteers prepare meals, supervise activities, and play with children,
in a local shelter for homeless families.
R.E.A.C.T.
Responding to Emergencies and Crises through Trinity on a local,
national, or international level.
Neighborhood Connection Team
Volunteers develop connections with neighbors transitioning from
homelessness to housing by providing support and social engagement
to build roots in the neighborhood and community.
Trinity Place
Offers respite for caregivers of people with Alzheimer's and other
forms of dementia, in cooperation with Legacy Health Systems . |
