Advent Contemplatives: Podcast Discussion Group

(On Zoom)  David Mitchell hosts a brief nightly discussion group to discuss Advent for Every Body, Trinity's Advent podcast exploring all the ways in which human bodies have and continue to bear God in our world. Every evening, we will meet briefly to listen to the day's podcast episode (each is only 5-10 minutes long) and to reflect together on what resonates in what we’ve just heard. Meetings may include some body-centered practices and brief meditations to explore the feelings and insights that emerge listening to these reflections. There will be no teaching besides the podcast itself – but rather a chance for us to gather as a “body” to appreciate the offerings of each podcast leader.
