About the Event

(View the exhibit Mon-Thurs 10a-3p & Sundays 8:30a-12p.)

Explore the visible traces of beauty & detail within our world that we pass by every day and never notice. These fine art prints by Lynda Kusuma, a printmaker & Trinity parishioner, examine parallels between patterns, shapes, and textures found in our natural and human-made environment. Each piece tells a story seen from various perspectives: from the minuscule to the panoramic, from the ancient to the extraordinary.

About the artist: Lynda Kusuma uses art as a vehicle to explore the human connection to the natural world. Her prints and books highlight less obvious relationships in a seamless composition that forces visual comparison. Kusuma received a BFA in Design from Carnegie-Mellon University in 1986, and her interest in science and the arts led to an MFA in printmaking from the Academy of Art in San Francisco in 2018.
