About the Event
Episcopal bishop Mariann Budde made headlines when she called on our country's newly-elected leaders to exercise mercy at the 2025 Inauguration Prayer Service at the National Cathedral this January.
Join us as we seek inspiration from Bishop Budde's memoir How We Learn to be Brave. Over five weeks, we will dive into the text, discussing the issues she raises and thoughtfully considering how we can courageously live out God's call to mercy in our own lives. Bring a copy of the book to the first class!
