Making Space for Grace: Helpful Tools for Navigating Conflict Facilitating Meetings & Managing Complex Projects

Do you lead meetings, manage projects, or navigate difficult conversations? Have you ever had a conversation or meeting turn "weird" because of conflict? It happens! Conflict is a normal part of life, and while it may be inevitable, unmanaged conflict can be hurtful, eroding relationships and undermining our ability to achieve our goals.
In this interactive four-session course, we will explore our assumptions about conflict and learn alternative approaches for navigating it. Together, we'll practice simple, easy-to-use methods for making conflict less messy and more grace-filled. The final session offers practical tools for facilitating meetings and managing complex projects.
