Order from Chaos: A History of Religious Orders

Ever wonder what separates Franciscans from Jesuits or Dominicans from Augustinians? Religious orders have shaped Christianity and continue to play a powerful role in the Jesus movement, but we rarely know their histories or their objectives. This class will provide a review of the leading religious orders, which share a common "rule" for their lives together. Using them as inspiration, we will develop rules for our own lives.
