In our inaugural Daylight Class, we explore hope as both a way of being and a way of doing. Drawing from scriptural, mystical, psychological, and scientific perspectives, you will learn discover and deepen your own inner wellspring of hope, strengthening your capacity for receiving hope as a facet of divine love. We will explore a variety of spiritual practices to learn to better listen for, acknowledge, and cultivate hope in your own life.
