For the last 90 years, the Catholic Worker movement has been responding to our deepest longings for a more just and loving world. Although rooted in the Catholic tradition, the movement has expanded into an ecumenical & interfaith movement of spiritually grounded communities across the US and the world. This series will look at the history, present, and future of the Catholic Worker movement, and what it can teach us about living faithfully and creatively in a time of crisis, drawing on the example of a local Catholic Worker community – Dandelion House in Milwaukie, OR – as a case study.
