(Hybrid)  Some of us are caring for a loved one with a major health problem; the rest of us are likely to either need care or provide care in the coming years.  The experience can be overwhelming, yet there are things one can do to ease the burden, such as letting your heart lead you to be in touch with your whole self and focusing on being instead of doing.  This Sunday Forum will introduce participants to 5 proven steps to support your heart in sustainable compassionate care.
