Mini-Retreat: Poetry of Transformation

Through the broad lens of transformation, join us as we open the new program year by exploring poetry as a form of contemplative practice. We'll sit with a variety of poems, calling on lectio divina, memory, image and sensation to evoke arising and deepening of insight.

Free; donations gratefully accepted. No experience necessary.

Contemplative Mini-Retreats take place every 3rd Saturday, 9:00 am-noon. Join us for meditation, contemplative prayer as we sit together in community, with time for reflection, learning, and support, with guest teachers to help us explore the contemplative path. Mini-Retreats are free, but donations are gratefully accepted.
