Making Space for Grace

Conflict is a part of life. While some conflict may be inevitable, unmanaged conflict can erode relationships and undermine our ability to achieve our goals. In this interactive four-session course, participants will explore ideas and assumptions about conflict and be introduced to alternative approaches for navigating conflict. We will learn and practice simple, easy-to-use methods for engaging effectively with interpersonal and organizational conflict. The final session will include helpful tools for facilitating meetings and managing complex projects. Overall, this course will include both theory and practical applications to enhance our peacemaking skills and create more opportunities for conflict to make way for grace in our personal and professional relationships.
