Drawing from multiple religious traditions, Tolle explores consciousness, how to get beyond your analytic mind (“you are not your mind!”) and how to cultivate being in the present moment rather than getting stuck in the past and the future. We will take a slow, extended approach to the book throughout the Fall/Advent and perhaps beyond. (In person; Led by Scott Smiley; Class runs from September 13 through December 20)
