(Hybrid; taught by Kevin Thew Forester) Christ heart is a heart alive with compassion, joy, and spontaneity; a heart not continually weighed down by stress, anger, and fear; a heart at rest and wholly embodied – not walled-off in pain. Christ heart is a heart awakening as Holy Mystery. Join us as we learn to practice awakening through the Brahma Viharas of Innate Goodness, Karuṇā (Compassion), Mettā (Unconditional Love), Muditā (Joy), and Upekkhā (Equanimity).

About the instructor: Kevin G. Thew Forrester, Rector of St. Stephen’s Episcopal Church in Portland, is also a teacher of meditation, body practice, and the enneagram.
