(In person only; Taught by Kevin G. Thew Forester) Epiphany is a season of light dawning in the darkness. Awakening to Holy Mystery is simple, direct, and always in the present moment – whatever that moment might be. In this class, we will gently invite the soul to awaken as we explore the voice of our inner critic, embodied love, and our being as Christ heart. Together, we will practice meditation (no experience necessary), soulful exploration and conversation, and teaching. We will hold as sacred the questioning mind, the searching heart, and the curious body.

About the instructor:  Kevin G. Thew Forrester is a teacher of meditation, body practice, and the Enneagram. He is an authorized Instructor of Diamond Body Practice and a student of the Diamond/Ridhwan School; a certified teacher of the Enneagram in the Narrative Tradition, as well as a student and colleague of Senior Buddhist Teacher Stephen Snyder, who received Jukai from Shoken Winecoff of Ryumonji Soto Zen Buddhist Temple in May 2004. Kevin is also the author of Beyond My Wants, Beyond My Fears: The Soul’s Journey into the Heartland, as well as four previous books; and he is a contributing essayist for Progressing Spirit.
