(In person only; led by David Mitchell & Huntress.) The past few years have been a rough ride. They have challenged us in many ways - sometimes together and sometimes as individuals. In this class, we’ll pause to catch our breath, using journaling, art media, and other lenses to gain perspective on our journey. Join us as we share and hold our process in community.

About the instructors: Long-time Trinitarian David Mitchell is a musician whose experience includes journaling, mindfulness, and reorienting after life challenges. Huntress is a multimedia artist who is passionate about building community, emotional healing, creativity, and dance. Her experience includes five years of art school, three years of Focusing practice, and four years of specializing in community wellness art installations and programming. She regularly offers Community Wellness programs that share the practice of focusing and creative expression.
