While life can be a challenge, walking the labyrinth provides restoration, insight, and contemplation. We will explore the history and sacred design of labyrinths as teachers in these complicated times. Through a beautiful labyrinth walk, journaling, poetry, and community sharing, we will search for the gifts. (In person; led by Patricia Newton)

About the workshop: This workshop is open to everyone and no experience is required. It allows interested participants to take the Facilitators Training through Veriditas. For further information: https://www.veriditas.org
About the presenter: Patricia Newton is the Chair of the Trinity Episcopal Cathedral Labyrinth Guild and an Advanced Veriditas Labyrinth Facilitator. She has presented numerous labyrinth workshops on kindness, opening the heart, and the labyrinth as a spiritual tool. Her experiences walking the medieval labyrinth at Chartres Cathedral have created the basis for this workshop.
