About the Event

(in person only; taught by Abbot Elaine Stewart Harris & members of the Cornerstone Community) Monastic communities have “sheltered from the storm” for eons. Join us as we explore how prayer and intention foster companionship with the Creator, the Christ and one another to weather the changes and chances of life. Reflection will be based on scripture, The Rule of St Benedict, the writings of Thomas Merton, poetry and chant, as well as current events affecting our world today.
