About Elise:
Elise is a native Oregonian and enjoys exploring the amazing landscapes the PNW has to offer! She attended Portland State University studying art and printmaking, then went on to study apparel design at the Art Institute of Portland. When she’s not helping keep the cathedral tidy, helping out in Trinity’s kitchen or running events, Elise enjoys being a member of Trinity’s Flower Guild, and has since 2016.

Outside Trinity, Elise can be found enjoying life with her husband Jesse and their two cats, Ninja and Queed. She loves to sew, create hats and fascinators, kayak, garden, and hike (or backpack!) her favorite moderately sketchy trails.

Arrival at Trinity:
Elise joined the Trinity staff in November of 2010.

Fun fact:
Elise used to work for a bicycle (rickshaw) taxi service in downtown PDX.
Her personal record for bicycle taxi occupancy was five sailors, during the Rose Festival!
