Palm Sunday

Sunday, March 24, 2024

From the proud shouts of “Hosanna in the highest!” to the shameful cries of “Crucify him!” and the dumbstruck silence of the tomb, Palm Sunday takes us through the heights and depths of the human condition as lived in the shadow of fear, death, and political ambition.

The Triduum

The touchstones of the Triduum (the "three days" before Easter—Maundy Thursday, Good Friday, and Holy Saturday) open us to a deep and prayerful engagement with the drama of Holy Week.

We encourage you to find ways to engage in them in your daily life, as well as joining us in person at the cathedral – or online, wherever in the world you are.

Maundy Thursday

Thursday, March 28, 2024

Join us as we participate in the ancient rituals of Maundy Thursday—the ritual Foot Washing, the Last Supper, and the Stripping of the Altar.

Good Friday

Friday, March 29, 2024

Bear witness as we encounter once again the wisdom of the ancients, borne through centuries of love divine and bitter loss.

Easter Eve

Saturday, March 30, 2024

The first celebration of Easter, beginning with the kindling of the new fire, storytelling, and the first joyful proclamation of Easter – an ancient practice of keeping the Easter feast on this most holy and joyful night.

Easter at the Cathedral

Sunday, March 31, 2024

Join us with a skip in your step, because the war is over, the battle won! It’s time now to lay your burdens down and celebrate with those you love. We’ll sing the great songs of joy for Christ’s victory over the grave, and we will experience once again that eternal truth: nothing in this world can defeat the resurrection power of love.

Whoever you are and whatever you believe, you are most welcome here.
