A Note from Senior Warden Greg Harris:

Dear friends,
As we embark on this clergy leadership transition, I intend to frequently share where we are and what lies ahead. Transitions like this can feel unsettling, so clear communication from (and to!) leadership is important so we can fully explore this opportunity for reflection and growth together.
Our work includes revisiting an enduring question: “How do we authentically serve God as a welcoming, inclusive parish and cathedral?”
This not about redefining who we are. Radical hospitality and inclusion are at the very heart of our identity as a community and will remain so. The self-study process is about affirming and articulating those values to ensure they are central as we move forward and can be clearly shared with prospective leaders for our Interim and Dean positions.
We are only a week into a transition process that will continue for 18–24 months, and while some answers will come in time, we’ve already taken important first steps:

We are delighted to welcome the Rev’d Linda Potter back to Trinity as our transition consultant.
Linda is a beloved member of our community, having served as Trinity’s interim priest five years ago, and we are fortunate to have her wisdom and experience guiding us. She will help us conduct our parish self-study, an essential step in this process.
Together, we’ll explore our past and present while preparing for a future that reflects our deepest values.
As we do this important work, our deeply gifted and compassionate Canon Vicar Shana McCauley will take the lead in overseeing the day-to-day life of our parish, supported by part-time clergy and our talented and dedicated staff.
I am confident in their leadership and dedication as we navigate this season together.
Finally, I invite you to join us for the Annual Meeting on Sunday, January 26, at 11:30 am. This will be a key opportunity to stay informed, ask questions, and remain engaged in the life of our community during this transition.
While change can feel disorienting, we are walking this journey together, trusting in God’s guidance. With faith in our shared mission and care for one another, we will emerge from this process stronger and clearer about how we are called to serve.
Faithfully,
Greg Harris
Senior Warden

Compared to earlier versions, Retro Bowl 26 offers more depth in team management. Salary caps, injuries, and player stats actually affect long-term success.
Thanks for this article! It’s always refreshing to read content that emphasizes user-friendly design and straightforward information. These qualities make any platform easier to use. I’ve come across sites like juan 365 bonus that apply similar concepts. Keep up the great work!
This Advent playlist guide is wonderfully curated and really captures the spirit of reflection and celebration. Your explanations about each selection made it easy to connect with the message. I recently came across a similar discussion on a review blog, and it offered an interesting perspective as well. It reminded me of how platforms like https://the915lawyer.com/ sometimes explore thoughtful, community-oriented reflections too, which adds another layer to appreciating these traditions.
Wow, welcoming Rev'd Linda Potter back sounds like a comforting step in this transition process. I’ve sat through transitions like this on my morning commute and it’s commendable how they emphasize radical hospitality as their core Flux 2
